Mark 12:30-31 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment more important that these.”

 

There is no commandment more important than these. For NorthView, these words of Jesus are the guide that we look to in shaping the church that we are called to be. In all that we do, we desire only to Love, Learn, Live JESUS. 

 

At NorthView, we understand that there is no greater love than that given by our savior, Jesus Christ. Because He set the example and first loved us, we expect our people to begin each week with an open heart, dedicated to loving Him. We do this together through our worship experience each Sunday. There is no greater way to love our Creator than to openly sing, bow, and proclaim His glory with others in our community.

 

As we extend our hearts toward Jesus, it is only natural that a deeper desire to know Him will develop. Together, the people of NorthView, join on Sundays, Wednesdays, and various other times, in groups to discover just who He is, what He does, and where He is going. A greater knowledge of our God gives us a solid foundation on which we can build our friendships, our families, our faith, and our future. 

 

As we learn His ways and begin to imitate them, we become true followers of Christ.   We can then put our faith into action and become the tools He desires us to be. With a strong desire to love others, the body of NorthView meets regularly and works together to meet the needs of the less fortunate in the name of Jesus Christ.
